On March 19， 2018， the world lost Sudan, the last male northern white rhino （犀牛）.Sudan died at the age of 45.
A new film, Kifaru, tells Sudan's story through the eyes of his Kenyan caretakers. Klfaru, directed by David Hambridge, was recently shown at the Hot does 2019 Festival in Toronto, Canada. People are drawn into the world of the three caretakers and their love for Sudan.
"I saw the caretakers, the bond （纽带）they had,and how strong it was," Hambridge said. WI saw how much they loved giving Sudan baths, feeding him, sitting next to him, and talking to him."
After showing the bond between Sudan and his caretakers, Hambridge decided to tell the story "in a way that was very human," he explained. "I wanted people to be able to experience the joys and pitfalls of animal protection on the ground."
Taking care of a rhino, especially the last male northern white rhino, is no easy job. In Kenya, the role of a rhino caretaker does not make much money. Moreover, the caretakers had to spend 10 months out of the year away from their families. As James, one of Sudan scaretakers, said in Kifaru, the job was M taking care of an animal that can never look you in the eyes 3nd say,'Thank you.'"
The film comes along with lots of sad news about animal extinction（灭绝）.Except for rhinos, many of whom were killed for their horns（角），lots of other animals are disappearing as well. According to a new report from the United Nations, as many as one million kinds of animals are at risk of extinction because of human activity.
As caretaker James said about the rhino problem, extinction is the result of humans endless greed（贪欲）. Unless we act now, life on Earth could change quickly.

My first piece of advice to people who want to start getting fit is： don't buy an exercise bike. People who buy them usually use them for a week or so and then forget about them. The bikes are useful if they are often used but you need to be determined（有决心的）. Most people will find it much easier to go for a jog（慢跑）around the park.
As well as being easy to do, jogging is also quite cheap compared to most other sports. You don't need to buy expensive clothes if you're just going running around the park or on the beach. There is one thing, however, that you will have to spend time and money on, and that's your running shoes. Remember that you are looking for something that will support your feet and protect you from injury. They can be expensive, but if they are of good quality they will last you a long time. It's always best to get expert advice, and the best place for that is a sports shop.
As for jogging, the secret is to start slowly, and not to do too much at the beginning- especially if you haven't had any exercise for a long time. Try a mixture of walking and running for ten minutes about three times a week at first. Once you are happy doing that you can then start to increase the amount（数量） you do gradually. After a few months you should hope to be able to run at a reasonable speed for twenty minutes three or four times a week.
It's important that you feel comfortable with whatever you do. If you do, you'll start to enjoy it and will probably keep doing it. If it makes you feel uncomfortable, you'll probably stop after a short time and return to your bad habits. Remember that training too hard is not very effective. Research has shown that somebody who exercises twice as long or twice as hard as another person doesn't become twice as fit.
What is the authors opinion on the exercise bike？ ______
A. It is unaffordable for most people. B. It is easy to learn for most people.
C. It is a helper for most people. D. It is a waste for most people.
According to the author, what is very important for a jogger？ ______
A. Listening to expert advice.
B. Keeping on jogging everyday.
C. Having a pair of good jogging shoes.
D. Running for twenty minutes each time.
What does the author mainly explain in Paragraph 3？ ______
A. Why it is easy to go for a jog.
B. What kind of sport jogging is.
C. How to go jogging in a right way.
D. When is the best time to go for a jog.
What do we know from the last paragraph？ ______
A. Good exercises stop bad habits.
B. A partner helps a lot in exercise.
C. Feeling good keeps one's exercise going.
D. The more you exercise, the fitter you will be.
Jet airplanes are one of the largest causes of human pollution. About 3% of the world's carbon emissions（碳排放）are believed to come from airline travel. That number is likely to go up-the number of people traveling by plane has been growing for years, and is expected to keep increasing.
To help fight climate change, Dutch airline KLM has started a program asking people to "Fly Responsibly". The company is asking its customers to think about their choices before they buy a plane ticket. In a video, the airline suggests that travelers ask themselves questions, such as whether they could lake a train instead.
However, some people have suggested that instead of asking the public to think carefully about their actions, KLM， and other airlines, need to be considering solutions that lie with the industry itself . "Voluntary （主动的）actions by customers are not enough； the cost of flying must increase." said Justin Francis, founder of Responsible Travel.
Anna Hughes, who runs Flight Free UK， Sees much of the "greening" in aviation（航空） as problematic. She said, "The simple fact is that climate change, worsened by our use of fossil fuels（化石燃料），will make it difficult for our children to live on this planet. While we welcome action,to make aviation friendlier to the environment, airlines must be honest about their influence on climate change."
But the International Air Transport Association （IATA） is backing the KLM program. Rafael Schwartzman, IATA's vice-president for Europe, said, "We support it in the sense that you do have a choice. In certain cases you could have another choice. " But, he added, "the UK is an island. If you want to trade internationally, you will have to count on aviation."
What does KLM suggest travelers do？ ______
A. Spend less on traveling. B. Think twice before they fly.
C. Act responsibly on a plane. D. Travel by train whenever possible.
What's Francis's solution for greening aviation？ ______
A. To turn to cleaner fuels.
B. To raise the price of tickets.
C. To encourage customers to volunteer.
D. To tell the public how to cut air pollution.
What's the IATA's attitude towards "Fly Responsibly"？ ______
A. Supportive. B. Doubtful. C. Uninterested. D. Unclear.
What's the main purpose of this text？ ______
A. To introduce a Dutch airline.
B. To list the harms of airline travel.
C. To discuss a program of an airline.
D. To call on people to fight climate change.
Getting organized Like most people, I can get disorganized： too many papers on my messy desk and a computer filled with different articles. Here are some ways I use to fight against disorganization.
Don't add to disorganization. （1） ______ . Don't just throw it on your desk or bed.
Every day, put something away. You may have several things hiding in and around your table, so why not at least put them in one box or even where they should have stayed？
（ 2） ______ . I still regret selling my first bicycle at a yard sale, but at some point, your possessions（私人物品）can start to possess you. If you give yourself room to be a little sad about the letting go, you will have a feeling of freedom（自由）instead.
Organize your organization.（3） ______ ， followed by the least important. Get the hard tasks out of the way, and the boring ones will become much easier.
Use any moments. If for some unknown reason you pick up a piece of paper, file （归档）or throw it away.（4） ______ ，take a picture with your phone.
No need to pressure yourself. As someone once said,"You didn't get disorganized overnight, and you won't get organized that way either." you do one thing every day, and do not make things worse, it will get better.（5） ______ ， your situation will change.
A.If you need to keep something
B.Getting organized is not a race
C.Store things you are unsure about
D.Put the most important things first
E.If you make getting organized a habit
F.Realize that it will be hard to let go of some things
G.From now on, put everything that comes into your hands in its place right away

Last month my family made about a trip to Brazil. We fly to Rio first. There we stayed at the Green Park Hotel, that was about one kilometre from the beach. It was very comfortable and really cheap. I could swam every day. There was music festival and a lot of famous musicians went to play there. We were such lucky to be able to go to some free concerts. Then we drove south to a city calling Paraty. The weather there were great and the people were friendly and nicely. The only problem was the food. There weren't many types of food to choose from and I got boring eating the same things every day. But all in all, it was a wonderful holiday.
